Breathwork & Lucid Dreaming 101


This 5-week intensive online course  will show you how you can become lucid in your dreams through early morning breathwork and meditation practices. With consistency, you’ll begin to understand what lifestyle habits allow you to experience being “awake” in your dreams, and which habits make you black out at night. 




Breathing exercises can have profound effects on the mind and body, and should be practiced exactly as prescribed. Make sure to always perform these exercises in a safe environment. Never attempt to perform these lessons while driving, swimming, bathing, or in any environment where passing out could potentially cause injury. The simplest way to avoid these risks is by sitting on a couch, floor or lying down in a comfortable manner. Breathing exercises may causes tingling sensations or lightheadedness. If you faint, you’ve gone too hard and need to take it easier next time. Do not perform these exercises while pregnant or if you have any debilitating conditions. If concerned, always consult your doctor.
