Class Structure

For maximum benefit, this class is intended to be followed on a weekly basis.

Week 1: “Introduction to Breathwork & Lucid Dreaming”

This week we discuss the basic principles of lucid dreaming, its history, the difference between eastern and western approaches, and the relationship between breath and dreams. We also introduce the practice of keeping a dream journal, performing reality checks, working with dream herbs, as well as, creating an early morning practice that includes following a guided breath and meditation audio track.

Week 2: “Meditation & Concentration”

What’s the difference between meditation and concentration? This is a question that many people ask and we focus on during the week’s lesson. Learn the difference between meditation and concentration, and receive an understanding of why working on our concentration daily allows our dreams to be more profound.

Week 3: “Wake-Induced Lucid Dreaming & Visualization”

Is it possible to dream while being awake? The simple answer is yes! Most of us have a hard time achieving this, but in this week’s lesson, we learn wake-induced lucid dream and visualization techniques. By working on the visual mind, we get one step closer to dreaming while being awake. This ushers in a new sense of creative abundance in our wake and dream lives.

Week 4: “Dream Incubation”

“Dream seeding” is a technique that has been used for thousands of years to receive answers from our unconscious selves. This week is all about incubating a dream to create the life our choice.

Week 5: “Lucidity”

By this week, you most likely will have experienced lucidity. Once lucid in the dream state, you are now in control. Perform tasks of your choosing, such as learning from a favorite teacher or simply improve your mental strength by meditating in the dream.
